What do we do?
COMPREHENSIVE PROTECTION FOR YOUR VEHICLE
At Rustproofing North West Ltd, we provide specialist chassis and cavity rustproofing treatments designed to protect vulnerable areas against moisture, road salt and corrosion.
Our process includes a detailed vehicle assessment, thorough chassis cleaning, careful surface preparation and the application of specialist protective coatings.
Treatments can range from chassis protection alone to a more comprehensive service covering internal cavities such as doors, sills, A-posts, bonnets and boot areas.
By taking a preventative approach, we help vehicle owners protect their investment and reduce the risk of costly corrosion-related repairs.
HOW IT WORKS
FOUR STEPS TO BETTER VEHICLE PROTECTION
01
Vehicle Assessment
We begin by examining the vehicle to identify existing corrosion and areas requiring treatment.
02
Chassis Cleaning
The chassis and relevant surfaces are cleaned to remove dirt, road salt and contaminants.
03
Surface Preparation
Affected surfaces are prepared, with specialist rust converter treatments used where appropriate.
04
Protective Treatment
Corrolan wax is applied to the required areas to help provide protection against moisture and corrosion.
What products do we use?
QUALITY PRODUCTS FOR LONG-LASTING PROTECTION
We use specialist products from Rustbuster, a recognised name in automotive restoration and rust prevention.
Our treatments include Rustbuster Epoxy Mastic 121, FE-123 Rust Converter and Corrolan protective wax.
Corrolan is a lanolin-based product derived from natural wool grease, offering protection against moisture and corrosion. Its translucent finish also allows treated surfaces to remain visible for future inspection.
These specialist products allow us to deliver professional rustproofing treatments tailored to each vehicle’s requirements.
